Kartay Hain Kuch—how many times do we hear or say these words? A simple phrase, yet for those struggling in life’s toughest moments, it carries profound meaning.
Our beloved brother, Mian Abdullah Yaseen, often spoke these words, but we never truly grasped their depth—until the day we realized we would never hear them from him again.
Mian Abdullah Yaseen was more than just a brother; he was our anchor, our guiding light, and the kind of son every parent dreams of. A civil engineer with a master’s in environmental engineering, he carried a heart that knew only kindness and a soul that radiated warmth. His emotions, faith, and wisdom found their voice through poetry and scriptwriting—leaving behind not just words, but a legacy that continues to inspire. He was humble, selfless, and deeply devoted to helping others, always pushing beyond his means to ease someone else’s burden.
At just 28 years old, on 11 January 2021, he was diagnosed with gastric cancer. Yet, he faced it with unshakable courage, unwavering patience, and an iron will. Until his last breath on 16 November 2022, he refused to let his struggles define him. Even in his pain, he kept dreaming—of doing something big, something that mattered. But life didn’t give him enough time.
Now, my twin sister and I have taken up his unfinished mission. His words, “Kartay Hain Kuch,” have become more than just a phrase—they have become our purpose. Through this initiative, we are carrying forward his dream, dedicating our lives to uplifting those in need, and ensuring that his vision of kindness and generosity lives on.
This isn’t just our story—it’s his story. It’s your story. It’s the story of every soul who has ever loved, lost, and still found the strength to give.
